"Just 6 days ago I returned from Kenya/Tanzania to Munich. I’ve travelled a lot before, have been several times to South Africa and Namibia, but never went on a camping safari. It was my first trip with Drifters but for sure not the last one. I can’t stop thinking of this tour. I enjoyed every minute of it. The group was very small. 3 Germans and 2 from Drifter’s. But I was happy, not to be in the truck with 17 people. And we had so much fun and laughter. The guide Octavus was brilliant and he’s a great cook. We had always more than enough lekker food, because I’m eating like a bird he said (except his wonderful cheesecake). Always very friendly, helpful and had a good sense of humour, which was important (black box). After the whole day driving on this unbelievable roads he was also able to relax and enjoy. He was absolutely professional in his job. And also many thanks to Georgie. It was perfect to have him on this tour as well. He was also very professional. THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME SUCH A NICE TIME. I already knew that I will be back soon (Mozambique end of this year? – Uganda next year for sure! – Botswana 2011?!). Ulli – German – 12 Day East Africa"

Our guide, Dennis, could not have been better - he was very knowledgeable about all the animals, birds, and plants, extremely patient with guests, an excellent cook, and most of all, a lot of fun!
